5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Germany and internationally.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
