We want you to love your new T-shirt! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it to us under the following conditions:
1. Right of Withdrawal
- You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.
2. How to Return
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@airoplanejane.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your T-shirt for a different size or design, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a free return and replacement.
