We design and sell custom T-shirts and apparel. All products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider.

While we manage the design, branding, and customer service, Printful handles production, packaging, and shipping.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full before order processing.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped directly from Printful’s fulfillment centers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on our website are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
